ARTICLE 1 – PREAMBLE
AI CRAFTERS, a limited liability company (SARL) with a capital of 100,000 DHS, registered with the Casablanca Trade and Companies Register under number 584319, whose registered office is located at 13 RUE AHMED EL MAJJATI RES LES ALPES ETG 1 N 8 CHEZ RIDA CONSEIL, CASABLANCA, publishes the following Internet sites: www.aicrafters.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Sites”). AI CRAFTERS, through its Websites, offers training, masterclasses, and online courses in the field of artificial intelligence intended for professionals.
“The Client” is defined as a user, either an individual or a representative of a legal entity, whether professional or private, who has a functional email address.
These general online sales terms govern the contractual relationships between AI CRAFTERS and its Clients. The Client declares that they have read the following provisions before placing an order for the Services. By choosing to acquire the Services, the Client expressly and irrevocably accepts the following terms. The Client declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into this contract, meaning they have reached the legal age of majority and are not under guardianship or curatorship if they are an individual. If they represent a legal entity, they declare that they have the authority to bind the said legal entity to a distance selling contract of the client-supplier type.
ARTICLE 2 – CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICES SOLD
AI CRAFTERS offers for sale on the Websites all or part of its catalog of Services.
AI CRAFTERS markets on its websites training, masterclasses, and online courses in the field of artificial intelligence. The services offered for sale online are only those listed on AI CRAFTERS’ websites on the day of the order. These services are offered subject to the availability of seats for training sessions and the availability of stock for other services. AI CRAFTERS reserves the right to modify the content of training sessions and courses. In the event of the impossibility of holding a training session on a given date, AI CRAFTERS reserves the right to postpone or cancel it. In such a case, the Client may choose to reschedule their participation for another date or request a refund.
ARTICLE 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
An order can only be recorded on the website if the user has duly completed the account opening form. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the Services available for sale. Order confirmation results in the acceptance of these general sales terms. AI CRAFTERS undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website or through any other means only within the limits of available seats for training sessions and available stock for other services. In case of unavailability, AI CRAFTERS commits to informing the user. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction. In accordance with the Civil Code, validating the order form is equivalent to signing and accepting the operations carried out. The confirmation of the recorded order is sent by email after payment validation to the email address provided by the user. In the case of payment by check, the order will only be processed upon receipt of payment and subject to seat availability.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
The prices are expressed in dirhams and include all taxes. The final price is set during the online order, after applying any discounts and accounting for the VAT applicable to online services delivered from Morocco to the Client.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION SECURITY
The price of the order is payable by bank check in dirhams, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD), or any other payment method accepted by the online payment service CMI.
For secure online payment, the Client is directed to the CMI payment server.
CMI ensures the security of the transaction as soon as the Client is directed to the server. The order will only be validated by AI CRAFTERS when the bank server has authorized the transaction.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A reservation, once paid, constitutes an order. It can only be canceled by email or any other written means at least one working week before the start of the reserved training.
ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The information and personal data that AI CRAFTERS requests from the user are reserved for its own use. The user has the right to access, modify, correct, and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, the user can send a request to the following email address: [email protected]. Banking details are not stored in the customer’s account. For each new order, the user must provide their credit card information via the secure CMI payment system interface.
ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL JURISDICTION
These general sales terms are subject to the application of Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Any dispute arising from this contract falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
