1. INTRODUCTION

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE is a continuing training center specializing in new technologies, located at 7 Rue du Val Content, 92260 Fontenay-aux-Roses. Our offerings include:

• In-person training, both inter-company and intra-company.
• Open and remote training (virtual classrooms or e-learning).
• Tailored solutions combining in-person and digital formats.
• Operational consulting and technical studies.

2. PURPOSE

These T&Cs apply to all services provided by AI CRAFTERS FRANCE, hereafter referred to as (“Service Offerings”) to any professional client (“the Client”). By placing an order, the Client fully accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

3. IN-PERSON AND REMOTE TRAINING

3.1 Inter-company Training

• Description : Standard training sessions offered at our premises or online.
• Financial Conditions : Prices listed in our commercial documents are excluding VAT, with VAT added. Payment is due upon registration.
• Participant Replacement : Allowed at no additional cost up to 10 working days before the session.
• Postponement : AI CRAFTERS FRANCE reserves the right to postpone training sessions in case of insufficient participants.

3.2 Intra-company Training

• Description : Customized training organized at the Client’s premises or online.
• Financial Conditions : A 20% deposit is required at the time of order. Additional costs (logistics, travel, materials) are charged separately.

4. E-LEARNING TRAINING

4.1 Description

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE provides online training through modules accessible on a secure platform. Each access is personal and valid for 12 months.

4.2 Access and Responsibilities

• Access credentials are provided for each participant.
• Credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared.
• Any loss or fraudulent use must be reported immediately.

5. OPERATIONAL CONSULTING AND STUDIES

Each consulting assignment is subject to a specific quote. Technical and logistical costs are the responsibility of the Client, with an additional 15% management fee.

6. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

• Prices : Prices are quoted in euros excluding taxes.
• Payment : Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Late penalties and a flat fee of €40 are applicable in case of non-payment by the due date.
• Price Revision: Prices may be revised on each anniversary date of the contract according to a revision index.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONEMENTS

• By the Client : Cancellations must be notified in writing. Fees may apply depending on the notice period (up to 70% of the training cost).
• By AI CRAFTERS FRANCE : In cases of force majeure, training sessions may be postponed or adapted to an online format without compensation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The training content is the exclusive property of AI CRAFTERS FRANCE. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

9. DATA PROTECTION

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE commits to complying with GDPR. Personal data of participants is used solely for training purposes.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

AI CRAFTERS FRANCE is not liable for interruptions caused by external factors, such as network issues or force majeure events.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND ASSIGNMENT OF JURISDICTION

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre.
