CraftOS and the Claude API
Deployment of CraftOS and agents tailored to ASN’s processes. Claude is integrated through the API into business processing and automations.
Customer story · IT services · Canada
AI Crafters deployed CraftOS at ASN Inc. to bring together Claude-powered business agents, operational data and automations for sales, purchasing and invoicing. The engagement includes advanced training in the Claude API, Claude Code and Cowork.
ASN uses Seigma as its ERP, HubSpot for sales and project tracking, and QuickBooks for accounting. Seigma data can also be exported to Excel for analysis in Power BI. The engagement focused on using this data within CraftOS to identify commercial exceptions, analyze business activity and prepare purchases based on requirements and stock. ASN also needed to replace manual processing steps that delayed invoicing.
Deployment of CraftOS and agents tailored to ASN’s processes. Claude is integrated through the API into business processing and automations.
Integration of the data and flows required by the use cases, centered on Seigma and its exports. The platform connects operational data to agents and to analysis or action preparation steps.
Claude usage and business agents are brought together within CraftOS’s governance framework, with access management for tools and data.
In-depth training in the Claude API, Claude Code and Cowork, complemented by development and automations applied to ASN’s processes.
The agents address sales, purchasing, invoicing and business performance monitoring.
Checks within Seigma for zero or negative profit, zero selling prices and margins below a defined threshold. Tracking partially invoiced or long-open orders, overdue customer and supplier invoices, and supplier orders without an estimated delivery date. Automated follow-ups for supplier orders and unpaid invoices.
Automated export, reading and analysis of Seigma data. Year-on-year comparisons, business performance tracking against targets, and analysis of purchasing patterns and sales seasonality.
Analysis of purchasing requirements against stock, connection to the Charlie platform and supplier price comparison by SKU. Supplier, item and price summaries, followed by preparation of CAPO purchase orders with SKUs and costs, linked to the relevant CASO sales orders.
The invoicing process covers over 600 invoices per month. The automations replace manual steps and address processing delays. Five automations are in service within CraftOS, spanning sales and invoicing controls, BI analysis and purchasing. Delivered from February 20 to June 12, 2026, the engagement brought together CraftOS deployment, Claude API integration, business agents and team training. ASN has a shared framework for using its data, checking operations and automating processes with Claude.
