Do I need prior AI experience?
No. An initial discussion and practical work help us assess your level. Your coach then adapts the content: getting started, structured use cases, workflows or leading adoption.
Is the coaching hands-on?
Yes. You work on a task from your own day-to-day role. Your coach helps you formulate the request, improve the result and verify facts, figures and sources.
How are confidential documents handled?
We agree which data and tools can be used before work begins. Documents are anonymised where needed. Sensitive material is not sent to a tool until its permitted use has been checked.
How many sessions will I need?
The number, length and frequency of sessions depend on your objectives and experience. The programme can combine an intensive session, regular sessions and remote follow-up.
Can several executive committee members take part?
Yes. Each executive follows an individual programme. Shared priorities can then inform the organisation’s AI roadmap, while keeping confidential discussions private.
Do I need a subscription to an AI tool?
We can arrange access and the necessary materials during coaching. The tool is selected to suit your work and your organisation’s rules.
