Onboard and activate users
Complete onboarding for all 36 users in CMI’s Claude environment and support their initial business use.
Customer story · Payments · Morocco
From October 5 to 9, 2026, AI Crafters worked with 36 executives and managers at Centre Monétique Interbancaire. Using CMI’s own Claude Team/Enterprise account, participants practised on business tasks, designed workflows and defined priorities and rules for AI adoption. AI Crafters also completed onboarding and initial activation for all 36 users in CMI’s Claude environment.

Executives and managers needed to learn how to use AI on their own work, identify suitable tasks and assess the quality of its outputs. The programme connected individual practice to CMI’s business processes, including user needs, data requirements, responsibilities and human validation.

Create and refine deliverables with Claude, then assess the outputs against quality criteria through peer review.
Specify inputs, instructions, checks and expected outputs so that teams can repeat the work within a shared framework.
Map processes and pain points, define use cases and allocate work between Claude, employees and managers.
Assess value, feasibility, risks and dependencies. Consolidate priorities and define governance rules and responsibilities.
Claude was used throughout the practical exercises, management routines, use-case design and workflow workshops.
Groups described work stages, stakeholders and friction points, including repeated data entry, waiting, errors, rework and reporting preparation. This mapping helped identify where AI could make a useful contribution.
Each need was structured around a business problem, a user, a role for AI and an observable intended result. Teams reviewed proposals against operational constraints.
Participants defined inputs, outputs and handoffs between AI, employees and managers, including explicit human validation points.
Use cases were assessed for value, feasibility and risk. Teams consolidated a backlog, grouped similar proposals and documented priorities.
Workshops addressed confidentiality, human validation, transparency, access and controlled experimentation. Teams also worked on responsibilities, review routines and adoption indicators.
The programme brought together leaders from management, operational teams and support functions.
All 36 participants completed the training and practical work with Claude. The engagement produced reusable routines, use-case canvases, human-AI workflow designs, a prioritised backlog and governance rules. CMI now has a shared framework for selecting the use cases to develop further and organising adoption. A dedicated workshop platform supported mapping, qualification and consolidation of the work. AI Crafters also completed onboarding and initial activation for all 36 users in CMI’s Claude environment.
