Connecting AI adoption to banking work
Bank of Africa had purchased Claude licences and wanted to support their use across its teams. The programme was prepared for functions with different responsibilities, from corporate banking to project finance and credit exposure monitoring. The aim was to make Claude useful for research, document analysis and synthesis in their working contexts.
From training to reusable skills
Training and hands-on adoption
The session on 26 June 2026 supported teams in using Claude. A follow-up on 30 June continued the discussion after the training.
Onboarding on purchased subscriptions
The engagement focused on adopting the Claude subscriptions purchased by Bank of Africa and using them in everyday work.

Custom skills were created, including for due diligence and in-depth research, to provide reusable instructions and working formats.
