From May 14 to June 20, 2026, AI Crafters supported nearly 30 Saham Group senior leaders and managers, including Executive Committee members. The project combined advanced training, Claude onboarding and custom skills and agents for day-to-day management.

Turning subscriptions into practical business use
Saham Group had purchased Claude subscriptions for its teams. The engagement helped them get started and translate management and finance needs into practical uses. Workshops centred on everyday source material and deliverables: spreadsheets, presentations, meeting minutes and research files.

Onboarding on Claude subscriptions purchased by Saham Group, including Claude Cowork and Claude Code, for the teams’ daily work.

Creation of reusable skills and agents tailored to the teams’ documents, deliverables and management processes.

The scoping work identified eleven use cases, with their source material and intended deliverables.

What was delivered
Delivered from May 14 to June 20, 2026, the project trained nearly 30 senior leaders and managers, including Executive Committee members, and delivered skills and agents for their daily work. Teams use Claude Cowork and Claude Code for management, finance, research and due diligence. Eleven business use cases were identified and scoped to guide the engagement.
