Giving institutional content an interactive voice
Giving an institution a credible digital voice in Arabic, capable of dialoguing in real time in front of an international audience: an exercise where linguistic quality and mastery of speech tolerate no approximation.
The challenge
General public conversational models remain approximate in Arabic, particularly on the institutional register. A government speech requires accurate language, controlled speech and latency compatible with a live exchange on stage.
Our intervention
Design of an institutional avatar, from its visual identity to its gestures, to embody public speech without caricature.
The model is fed by institutional content and public data from the State, to respond to the country's issues with the level of precision required by official speaking engagements.
Adaptation of a model capable of maintaining the institutional register in Arabic, both orally and in writing.
Voice, text and gestures synchronized for a real-time exchange with the public, without a pre-written script, in front of an international audience.
An architecture designed for large-scale use, beyond demonstration.
The results
Presented at the World Governments Summit 2026 and covered by the regional press, the system demonstrates that an institutional-level Arabic conversational model can be designed and deployed from the African continent.
